Thermal Insulation
Norman Yacht Services provides quality thermal insulation custom made to fit by thermal protection technicians certified by the National Center for Construction Education Research (NCCER). Our thermal marine grade insulation blankets are guaranteed to provide thermal protection up to 1200°F and are equipped with stainless hardware to withstand the harsh marine environments that your engine and equipment are constantly exposed to.
Thermal Insulation (exhaust up to 3" diameter) $55/linear ft.
Thermal Insulation (exhaust up to 5" diameter) $75/linear ft.
Thermal Insulation (exhaust up to 7" diameter) $95/linear ft.
Thermal Insulation (exhaust up to 10" diameter) $125/linear ft.
*All elbows/90° are priced per foot according to pipe diameter.
Engine Room insulation for heat/noise reduction $65/sq. ft.
(Sales tax and Continental US or International shipping costs will be added to invoice.)

In order to give you the best price possible please include the dimensions you will be needing. We will need the pipe circumference, weld to weld on straight sections of pipe, and amount of 90° elbows. For a quick estimate, an accurate circumference and length of pipe will give you a general idea of what your pricing will be before shipping.
Engine rooms may require different measurements but a simple length and width of each panel will help us to give you a closer estimate.
